Yesterday we had Fredbird in the house. Wow, talk about a whirlwind! He came, he danced around, he played ball, he flagged down cars in the parking lot - and he made the kids giggle! A lot!  Can't wait to invite him to come back - he even sat down and read a couple books....

This week we have Writer Wednesday, when a group of writers gathers at 6:00 p.m. to talk about writing, publishing, our own work, and everyone else's. Anyone is welcome!

And Saturday is Artemis Fowl Day, in honor of well, Artemis Fowl, the teenage boy-wonder from Ireland (naturally). Come learn about this great series and pick up a copy of the first book - you won't be disappointed!
